Zach and team were great! They finished ahead of time and on budget and did great work. One of the things I loved most about working with Zach was his ability to guide based on his experience. We had ideas on what we wanted to do, but everyone else we met with didn't really help, they just said they could do whatever we wanted. Zach was able to understand our vision and then guide us to make sure we didn't regret anything later.

We used Zach and Urban Soil Landscape to refresh our front yard and do some work in the backyard to help with an area that was flooding. He was very easy and flexible to work with. He had some great ideas for the front yard landscape project, incorporated our wishes, and counseled us along the way about what would and would not work best. The work began and finished on time. Had such an amazing A+ experience with Zach, Divan, and Urban Soil Landscape. Zach came out for an initial quote for our backyard project which included demo of existing surface and removal of plants, installing new pavers and turf, installing a drip system and new plants/tree, as well as low-voltage lighting installation of string lights and path lights. He gave us a very reasonable quote quickly and we signed the contract soon after.
Seriously A+++ in terms of quality of work done and communication throughout the project. Delivered exactly as expected. Would highly recommend for any outdoor landscaping needs.

Our first landscaping job with Urban Soil was in 2023 and we were delighted with our experience. Zach was very responsive from the time of my first call to the completion of the project. At our first meeting we described what we wanted and he offered helpful suggestions with respect to incorporating our ideas with the existing layout. We worked together to make small changes, but we always knew the impact on the budget. The completed project was on time, on budget, and high quality.
Zach also provided a drawing and measurements that were acceptable for a rebate from LADWP for drought resistant landscaping.
We worked with Zach again more recently to re-landscape both the front and back yards of a 100 year old house. He and his crew once again did a great job. We worked with Zach to create a great plan that was efficiently managed and completed on time. We have received countless compliments from our new neighbors. I highly recommend him and his team!
